The main purpose of this meeting is to open a discussion on whether or not the Duane Lake Association, on behalf of the Duane Lake community, should take ownership of the dam. The current owner is offering the dam to the DLA at no cost. But - there are a few aspects to consider before that transaction might occur and a community discussion is warranted and encouraged.
